Our church life and activity is based on four key values that underpin everything we do:
Jesus dwelt among us (John 1:14). He chose to live in a local community and share his life with people from a range of backgrounds. He had a massive impact, expressing God's love and plan for those around him. The church should be an active, diverse and welcoming community that models Christianity.

Jesus chose to grow up within a family and experienced loving relationships (Luke 2) . We believe that church should be a place where everyone experiences unconditional acceptance, support and encouragement. In a world where many feel lonely the church should be a place of friendship.

Jesus was instrumental in the creation of the world (John 1:1-4). God has placed creativity within each of us and this should be demonstrated through the way we live and worship. We express and encourage creativity in the church and community.

Jesus never excluded anyone, in fact the diverse range of people with whom he chose to spend time irritated the "religious" authorities. Inclusivity was a foundational and non-negotiable part of the early church (Galatians 3:28). We promote inclusivity, welcome diversity and respect different views.
